You can book a charter bus for just about any group travel need, including corporate retreats, school field trips, athletic team travel, conventions, weddings, church outings, and multi-day tours. If you’ve got a group that needs to get there together, we’ve got the ride.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large groups or peak travel seasons . For best availability and pricing, try to book at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings are welcome too, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

At this time, Lux Bus America does not operate daily sightseeing tours. However, we’re happy to provide custom charter services for tour groups, events, and travel agencies.
Your quote includes the motorcoach, driver, fuel, and standard mileage for your trip. Additional costs may include driver lodging (for overnight trips), tolls, parking fees, and gratuities. We will always be transparent and walk you through everything upfront so there are no surprises.
