Q: Do you offer daily scheduled sightseeing tours?
A:
Our scheduled transportation to Las Vegas, Universal Studios, Disneyland and our Best of LA Tour services ended on September 30, 2019. Please read our service announcement.

Q: How do I get a quote for charter services?
A:
You have the option of requesting a quote on-line on this web site, or you can call toll-free at 888-589-2871 and have a representative take down your specifics over the phone.

Q: What are the forms of payment accepted?
A:
Lux Bus America accepts cash, check, ACH and any major credit card including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Q: What is included with the charter and are there additional costs I should consider?
A:
The charter includes exclusive use of the motor coach for the duration of your trip. It does not include any parking fees and/or tolls, driver lodging and gratuity (optional).

Policy

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies, depending on the type of service you need. Please check with a Lux Bus America representative for more information.

Q: Is smoking allowed on board?
A:
No, federal rules prohibit smoking on board.

Q: Are pets allowed on board?
A:
No, pets are not allowed on the coach.

Q: Is alcohol permitted on board?
A:
Yes, in certain circumstances. However, Lux Bus America cannot provide alcohol as a service. In addition, a refundable cleaning deposit is required. Please check with a Lux Bus America representative for more information.

Our motor coaches

Q: What kinds of coaches do you offer?
A:
Our motor coaches range in capacity from 48-81 passengers. For smaller groups we offer sedan, Sprinter & mini-bus services. These services are best for short, in-town bus transportation.

Q: What amenities are offered on the coaches?
A:
We offer spacious leather seating, including foot rests, as well as a fold down tray tables. There is a DVD player with 16" flat monitors for movies, AV connections for meetings on the go and a CD player for music, as well as audio inputs. Wireless internet is available as an option on select coaches.

Q: Is there air conditioning on the coaches?
A:
Yes, all of our motor coaches are air conditioned.

Q: What do your coaches look like?
A:

Operational Procedures

Q: Do I need to furnish an itinerary before we depart?
A:
Yes, the driver will be furnished an approved copy of the itinerary, and he/she will be instructed to strictly follow it. The driver has no authority to make changes to the trip schedule without prior approval from carrier and contracted client. 

Q: Does Lux Bus America operate in all kinds of weather?
A:
Yes, depending on road conditions and/or closures, Lux Bus America's state-of-the-art modern motor coaches are designed to travel in temperatures that exceed 120°F to below freezing comfortably and safely. Our coaches are meticulously maintained daily.
